The first pilgrims came to our region some 500 years ago because they knew about the healing power of St. Quirinus oil. In the 19th century, the aristocracy regularly enjoyed spa treatments and at the start of the 20th century, the most powerful iodine sulphur springs in Europe were discovered.
The 2017/2018 “Jungbrunnen Mountain Study” proved the rejuvenating effect of gentle sport and healing iodine sulphur spring water

The opening was in spring 2020 and since then our ALPENSPA has enjoyed great popularity. It has become the perfect place to say “goodbye” to everyday stress.
The Mühlradl sauna with a temperature of 85° C and the bio herbal sauna with a temperature of 65° C get your circulation going in a gentle way. The metabolism is stimulated and the immune system in particular is sustainably strengthened.
The infrared cabin integrated in the indoor swimming pool is also ideal for musculoskeletal complaints. The heat energy is equally suitable for warming up the muscles.

Einweihung und Eröffnung war im Frühjahr 2020 und seither erfreut sich unser ALPENSPA großer Beliebtheit. Es ist dabei der perfekte Ort entstanden um den Alltagsstress “adieu” zu sagen.
Die Mühlradl Sauna mit einer Temperatur von 85° Grad und die Bio Kräuter Sauna mit einer Temperatur von 65° Grad bringen ihren Kreislauf auf schonende Weise in Schwung. Dabei wird der Stoffwechsel angeregt und insbesondere das Immunsystem nachhaltig gestärkt.
Die Infrarot Kabine integriert im Hallenschwimmbad ist auch ideal bei Beschwerden des Bewegungsapparates. Die Wärmeenergie eignet sich gleichermaßen zum Aufwärmen der Muskulatur.
