Wellness

Health with tradition!

The first pilgrims came to our region some 500 years ago because they knew about the healing power of St. Quirinus oil. In the 19th century, the aristocracy regularly enjoyed spa treatments and at the start of the 20th century, the most powerful iodine sulphur springs in Europe were discovered.

The 2017/2018 “Jungbrunnen Mountain Study” proved the rejuvenating effect of gentle sport and healing iodine sulphur spring water

We plan to develop a small but fine Alpine chalet sauna village by springtime 2020, which will be the perfect place to disconnect from everyday stress and unite body and mind.

A Finnish sauna, a saltpetre tepidarium and an infrared cabin will give guests the opportunity to boost their circulation and metabolism and, in particular, to strengthen their immune system. Regular saunas protect against colds and strengthen the body’s antibodies.

In the tepidarium, at a temperature of 40-50° air temperature, you can relax and recuperate comfortably.

Our generous spa area provides an infrared cabin, a Finnish sauna, a solarium, an indoor pool and a quiet room. Really pep yourself up in the Finnish sauna, at 80 to 85°C. The heated swimming pool is open daily for our guests from 7 am until 8 pm.
